Pros

There will be nothing good to write about company . All good reviews are written by HR so don't believe in that. If you are not getting job any where in the world, try contentsphere you will surely get the same then also not join here. Its better to have jobless.

Cons

No Technical management they just hired you in your profile but assign you donkey work and again they will not satisfy doing with that, they will torture you to resign yourself otherwise you will not get experience letter form company. Mean while your career get black spot. Company owner don't know what happen in their company internal politics. If your Experience person then you will get worst treatment ever in your life. So don't ruin your career so it's better to have jobless instead of joining contentsphere. No HR policy No management No employe welfare Engineers shouldnt join this company Not even a single good thing for which a person want to work here

Pros

Sometimes you have fun activities

Cons

- Zero Job Security They can kick you anytime. - Dictatorial Bosses I am specifically mentioning bosses as I have not seen any leader in the organization. Some immature bosses at holding a position of Prod Head Level. They think everything should be delegated to inferiors. Top management if blind- Top management cannot see the faults in middle management. When crisis comes favouritism work. Middle management is safe and lower management suffers. Despite of receiving negative feedback consistently top management not taking any action against that person. Your talent will not be valued if you don't know how to play politics. Everything is politics and no quality.

Thanks for your feedback, really appreciated it. We are sorry that you have not had an ideal experience while working with Contentserv. We as an organization have very strict guidelines regarding the performance levels of our colleagues at work, and that reflects in the regular feedback mechanism we have in place including effective PIP/PSP initiatives. It is always a performance-based evaluation where the suitability of the role vs skillset fitment is assessed before we initiate any further steps. This is an industry-based norm. However, as the country head, I’d like to ensure that this process is always fair and transparent both ways. Would also like to mention that managers are encouraged to take an overarching view and again there is a good amount of transparency, and they are always given responsibilities based on their capabilities that they bring to the table. We promote a healthy culture of collaboration, innovation, having an open-door policy in our organization that leaves no room for any of the points that you have mentioned in your feedback. I as the country head, invite you to reach out to me at any point in time, to have a meaningful discussion on some of the points feel went against you. Thanks again for reaching out and all the best !!
