We’re sorry your experience was not what you expected and wish we had the opportunity to speak with you further during your time. We’ve been focused on reducing administrative burden (including documentation-support tools) and reviewing staffing/scheduling practices so the day-to-day is manageable for our teams. We also are constantly working to find ways to allow of teams to focus on their professional development.
