Pros
CORA is a great place to gain some experience within the healthcare field, whether you are a clinician, front desk, or sales and marketing.
Cons
There is little to now upward mobility within the company. Learn as much as you can, develop relationships with key physicians, adjusters, etc.., and move on. There is no bonus structure, or commission, just a never ending request to do more. The few that are rewarded handsomely, are in higher level positions, and do very little to contribute to the companies growth. There is a very dysfunctional high level management team in the C-Level positions, aside from the CEO, who is fantastic. The real strength of the company are the regional, and clinic level managers, who really drive the day to day results.
