      Pros

      CORT gives you great tools to make you a value to CORT while you are an employee but they make you of an even greater value when you have moved on.

      Cons

      -Stong with the Workplace Politics -Senior Managers are older and on the verge of retirement and it is really starting to show that they do not really care about the overall health of the company. -You wll break your back for CORT only for them to say "Were you not aware of your surroundings?" and they will leave you dead right where you lay.

      Culture is one that focuses on its employees. Senior Leadership is readily accessible, just pick up the phone and call. People work hard. Diverse workforce, very tolerant. Opportunities to grow if you raise your hand.

      If you are lazy, you will stick out.

      Our business is somewhat seasonal and cyclic, so you have to work harder and put in more hours in the spring and summer.
