Great culture, especially here in Austin. Recently started using Agile/scrum for software development and it's made everyone feel productive and raised morale. Progressive leadership that try's to support me and my team members. Somehow I always feel like we are working on the cutting edge of technology! I love how I get to keep my skills marketable.

Cons

It can get busy around here! The process we use means our pipeline stays full. Hard to take a breath sometimes.

-Freedom to manage my market -Small company feel. Large company backing -Good Benifits and time off -Good hours

Cons

-CORT expects WAY to much from their sales reps and do not compensate them nearly enough for what they ask them to do. -This is a very top heavy company. More managers and higher ups who all think they can and should tell you how to do your job. -They manage strictly out of salesforce.com. -You rarely year "Good Job". You only get talked to when you dont hit your numbers.
