      Pros

      There is a lot of support from many different departments anytime you need it. It was very easy to get help quickly and the team environment was great. When you’re not on the 800 lines you have the freedom to do other work like catch up on emails and can even do things like throw in a load of laundry since you’re working from home which was quite nice.

      Cons

      In this position, you talk on the phone for at least 4.5 hours a day with 30-60 minute shifts on the 800 lines. There are breaks in between that last 30-90 minutes where you can answer emails and do other tasks but if you don’t like talking on the phone this might not be the position for you.
