not many, no weekends, but only because i refused to work them, put in enough unpaid OT during the week

poor management, locally, couldn't realize that one manager was the root of all their turnover and frustration and morale problems

Leadership team makes decisions based on the best interest of their employees and the company. Climbing the corporate latter at the expense of others does not exist. Everyone has a genuine passion and commitment to helping one another.

Cons

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They have been an absolute pleasure to work for over the last 3 years. I would welcome any opportunity to work for them again.
