Good company. The management is very concerned about the employees, good relationship with everyone, efficient integration of every single person within the company and their roles.

Cons

The management is not very controlled by their supervisors. Continuous budget cuts which means less people to carry out with more responsibilities and work pressure.

Everyone is passionate about the brand and a lot of co-workers are amazing, creative people. Staff sale and (rare) opportunities to help open new stores around the world are great.

Cons

Very difficult to progress if you don;t want to stay in sales (shop floor). Salary below London living wage.
