Pros

The People. Colleagues and customers interaction is the best part of COS. Also, a healthy uniform allowance and staff discount. Scope for development.

Cons

Quite a low salary considering I work in the flagship store. So the hard work that you put in working at the flagship is not reflected in the compensation.

Comfortable environment when you working and nice managers. It is a good place to go if you want a part time retail job.

Cons

Pay is not quite good and it didn't go up fast even you become an manager so consider carefully before you take the job
