Lazy and incompetent management, Shady HR Rep, Catty coworkers; The people that use their brains are overworked while the fashion snob employees get away with murder. As long as you look the part, you don't have to work. They hire solely for looks. If you don't look like the models on the website, you're considered "not COS-like).
