fairly transparent company, the opposite of it's top-heavy counterparts; an occasional opportunity to work on iconic projects; about half the employees working regular hours without overtime; generally a designer has the freedom to perform the calcs and use the tools as he sees fit

Cons

a bit of a clique culture; a junior engineer can easily get stuck doing repetitive tasks with little mentorship; hard to get a raise
