Low pay with unrealistic expectations of the employee's ability to complete notes in the time provided during the workday.

CPC Integrated Health Response

Its good to hear you gained some experience while at CPC. CPC does regular salary evaluations to maintain competitive with other agencies in this region . We also recently had a national consultant evaluate our documentation requirements who found our requirements for progress notes and other documentation to be on par with other agencies like ours across the country

Pros

Very client centered, catering to the needs of clients regardless of financial situation. Great benefits and PTO, comparable pay. Flexible work life balance and supportive adminstration/supervisors. I have recommended the agency to all of the other practioners I know looking for new employment.
