Pros

Cpi is a good fair place to work. If there is OT available you can always pick up OT. Most people there are like family.

Cons

Sometimes the hours can be hard to get used to. Most shifts are 10 to 12 hr shifts. Ins could be better.

We realize that our employees are our most important asset. Our Comp committee actively reviews the job market to make sure that CPI is competitive in its pay and benefits.

CPI is a great job with many great employees. CPI pays decent for what is in the Fort Wayne area with many opportunity for growth.

Cons

hours are long but pros are you get 3 or 4 days off.

Pros

The schedule of 4 on 3 off regardless of overtime is fantastic. A lot to learn very quickly but that suits my ability. Long drive to one tip if the metro area but the clean air coming down the mountains is worth it.

Cons

Vast amount of learning and information needed very quickly but manageable. So far no major issues that aren't expected.
