I enjoyed working there for several years, until the entire executive/management regime changed.

Cons

-- Employees suggesting improvements and positive changes are basically treated with disdain. -- Upper management seemed to only want "yes-men", when disagreement was voiced they seemed to view discussion like they were negotiating with a terrorist. -- Employees who had been with the company for several years seemed to be disregarded because they weren't part of the new regime, and their experience and input looked to be unwelcome. -- Culture of blame appeared to be actively encouraged by management, whenever something went wrong they went looking for an individual to blame instead of investing in better computer systems/applications.

Pros

Tough work environment but new challenges everyday make time go by quick, great way to get your foot in the door working with manufacturing machines, constant learning from managers and senior techs

Cons

Dust from machines, thats about it. Low cons compared to other manufacturing jobs.
