      Pros

      I am a person with vast experience in analytical thinking, excellent math skills, and knowledge in managing a company's resources. I have been responsible as Manager Department in Computer Systems developing like A/R, A/P, Accounting, Invoicing/Sales, Inventory, etc. in huge companies like Black and Decker.

      Cons

      It is a good company where everybody would like to work in.

      Pros

      There is a strong focus on the customer and making their experience with CPI positive. Days are very busy and fast paced.

      Cons

      Parking can be a challenge and need more space in the building for future growth.

      Great people and good environment

      Pros

      I have worked for CPI for three years. Each year the company gets a little better. They aren't perfect, but want to improve and try really hard to make it a good work environment. Work environment in the Colorado plant is very clean or organized. Wages have been adjusted up twice since I have been here to stay competitive with the market plus I have been given merit every year. Shift differentials are great. Everyone but one manager in CO is really nice and I don't think that manager will be here much longer. CPI tries hard to hire friendly people and keep it a friendly environment.

      Cons

      Overtime - great for some people and hard for others Training is decent. You get paired with another employee to learn the job. Some improvements to how we learn the machines would be nice. I have read a lot of review on Glassdoor. I think many of the reviews are employees who didn't show up to work and then were upset they got fired. Anyone who tries at work and shows up when they are suppose to has a secure job.
