Pros

I have been with the company for a couple of years now, and have to say that the change in Sr Management in the past 12-14 months has been very positive. The company may have lost their way, but I like the companies new focus on the customers, on quality and on delivering on their commitments. This is a refreshing change from other companies I have been with. There is a new CEO, CFO, CIO, and GM within the past year, and they all seem to be well aligned and bring in a positive change to the company. I am reinvigorated and excited about where we are going

Cons

Some of the production facilities are older, and in need of a face lift. Could use some more "down time" as opposed to working hard so much of the time.

Pros

Great benefits, challenging work, managers and employees respect each other and new opinions/ideas, almost everyone is working hard to improve things and move forward, corporate office is friendly and helpful and trying hard to integrate everyone. I've already referred a friend and am looking forward to the $1000 Referral Bonus!

Cons

Long term employees can be negative-they've been through lots of changes so it's understandable to a certain point but they need to let it go; some areas are understaffed due to unemployment being low so lots of work to do - lots of overtime

not much other than some friendly co-workers

Cons

high turnover this place is a temp agency's dream client constant temp workers in and out constant job postings for machine operator and leadership positions ask yourself why? gossip and bad culture this place has issues read other reviews ask hard questions during interview you will learn quick how unprofessional this place is
