DONT WORK FOR CRB

Pros

-Low performance expectation - They don't care if you are late everyday - leave early- no one cares - Did I mention low expectations

Cons

-No support from leadership - Lay offs all the time- no job security - Poorly organized - 10-20% lower on salaries for the area - They have trouble finding work

Pros

Good pay and benefits. A few good and trustworthy coworkers.

Cons

Culture and work-life balance are either mysterious or don't exist. Poor leadership and management in some offices. Too much "playing politics" between and within offices which breeds toxicity and mistrust. High level of competitiveness is non-productive and impedes collaboration. Very inconsistent across offices and regions. Higher than normal turn-over. Technical resources are very limited. Good mentorship and career development is lacking. Human resources need improvement. Focus on two industries for maximum profit. Not a conducive work environment for new engineers in some locations.

Pros

-most people are sweet and helpful -clients are interesting to learn about -lot of responsibility

Cons

-poor leadership -understaffed on projects -became extremely money hungry and stopped caring about lower level employees -expect entry level employees to do everything on a project and then get mad when things fail because proper leadership was not available to teach younger employees -try to say that they truly care about their employees but only care if you kiss up to leadership, never share an opinion that goes against what leadership thinks, walk around like a robot smiling all day, do not have work/life boundaries and do free work for projects in your free time
