The work space is beautiful and energy efficient. You get to work across divisions, which is nice.

Cons

Job title doesn't match actual work. No opportunity to travel for people who should travel.

Good career launcher, not the place to stay

Pros

Good place to get your career started and build your network, if you can afford a low-level salary (or if the job market is tough). Don't stay longer than three years, its not professionally or financially viable.

Cons

Salary is terrible, particularly for those with STEM degrees. Some of the managers are poorly hired and trained. There are no carrots and no sticks--if you do a terrible job, you'll likely not get fired. If you do an outstanding job, you will likely not get promotions or bonuses that are of any kind of value. Unequal pay practices--directly experienced and had colleagues who also experienced males being paid 5+k more a year in the same position with the same qualifications.
