      Exciting science, amazing programs, the opportunity to wear many hats and collaborate cross-functionally

      Cons

      Culture is often hostile and bullying is the way most folks gets things done. Additionally, if you do not have Phd, you are considered non value added although you have proven yourself to be an asset.

      Science is exciting at CRISPR but other than that nothing

      Cons

      It is unwelcoming, severe and pervasive enough that it makes the work environment hostile. The moment an employee expresses their concerns the mangers finds a way to retaliate for your report to HR, such as exclusion from meetings and work events or ongoing mistreatment. Human Resources will provide minimum to no support to manage the situation. The practices employed are unprofessional, bullying is common and this is one of the main reasons why people prefer not to stay longer in the organization.

      Be prepared to wear many hats in a role and be ready to work hard. Definitely not easy to thrive if you come in with a laid back mentality; otherwise, great company.

      Sometimes the pace is so fast that it's a little difficult to keep up.
