      Pros

      Stock options, work life balance.

      Cons

      Mid-senior management in certain units are staffed by individuals lacking competence. Not a comfortable environment for minorities. Promotions are given on the basis of showing fealty to supervisors rather than performance. Talent, hard work and experience is not appreciated. Upper management is unreceptive to feedback from employees.

      Pros

      Best company I have worked for in my career. Management has a strategy and knows how to treat people. Subject matter expertise is off the charts, support from the Research Operations group is phenomenal (yes, CRISPR is so organized they have an operations group), and people are passionate about what they do and willing to help you succeed.

      None that I can think of.
