Stock options, work life balance.

Cons

Mid-senior management in certain units are staffed by individuals lacking competence. Not a comfortable environment for minorities. Promotions are given on the basis of showing fealty to supervisors rather than performance. Talent, hard work and experience is not appreciated. Upper management is unreceptive to feedback from employees.

Cons

Bully working environment, not a place to begin your career. Not recommended to develop career there. Very rude biostat there and not showing respect to other levels co-workers there. Yelling biostats. Negative experience.
