Pros

It was a great environment in the beginning. Then everything went downhill.

Cons

Horrible executive leadership. Everything is an emergency. Just get it done no matter who you steamroll over or the rules you break. The company condones and even promotes bad behavior.

Pros

Exciting science, amazing programs, the opportunity to wear many hats and collaborate cross-functionally

Cons

Culture is often hostile and bullying is the way most folks gets things done. Additionally, if you do not have Phd, you are considered non value added although you have proven yourself to be an asset.

Pros

Lunch is close to free, a Pro that I can tell.

Cons

Hardcore scientists left this boat one after another and the remaining folks are playing politician style pretending to be busy every day and appraising each other's nonsense on a daily base. Some people who managed to occupy leadership roles do not have a PhD and are dominating the direction of R&D. The pipeline is full of copycat programs from competitors and they call it INNOVATION.
