Underhanded supervisors are backed by spineless middle management. They don't reward hard work, consistency or innovation, for starters. Supervisors are afraid of being shown up by subordinates. HR review is a rubber stamp of supervisor's input. They don't follow up with other sources of review. Does not give pay adjustments for cost of living increases or merit. Hires cheap and tries to keep it low. Watch out if supervisor and his or her supervisor are of the same minority group. You will not be treated fairly.

Time documenation and time sheets is the most complicated, confusing messed up software ever. Still have not received pay for fist day of work. Phone wait time to talk to their reps is no less than 45 minutes and ranges to well over an hour. I still have at least one day I have not been paid for. I cannot access my schedule. Our supervisor has to text us our start times. It is a surprise when we arrive as to what we are serving. Program is NOT user friendly for any employee any you are lucky to receive pay.
