Don't train, don't pay... don't do it!

Pros

Freedom. You run your own route.

Cons

Everything! No training. No communication. Low pay. Part time only. Mileage reimbursement is 27 cents when Crossmark gets paid the 54.5 cents, from the company they represent. Send marketing stuff with zero direction and then think we know what to do with it.

Very Toxic Management

Pros

There are no benefits that could entice me to continue working for this toxic cesspool of a company.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. You must download two apps into your phone where you are tracked 24/7 from home to the warehouse. You have zero prep time to get out on the floor, workplace harassment, blatant disregard and discrimination towards age, race, gender, and disabilities. You are forced to work off the clock and not allowed any overtime. Bathrooms are restricted, and harassing emails are abundant from irate managers.

Pros

Above minimum wage (that is if you're not working off the clock), fast (that is if your manager gives you required scanning equipment to perform job tasks).

Cons

I was pressured to work off the clock and was scheduled just before full-time. I should've been getting over-time pay for my hours. This company has been sued twice. I was in one of the class-action lawsuits that won. Google my case: TRIPP v. CROSSMARK, INC
