Flexible Work

Pros

Since, this employer offers part-time work-you may complete your work task conveniently. Most projects provide work very easy to travel, and the environments are clean and not stressful. You are able to use computer skills, email navigations, and equipment without outside hassles. In this capacity, you are able to learn new skills with the various projects available in the retail sales market.

Cons

Some of the challenges in this position include the very low wages to go along with such important projects. You have to travel to a number of sites, and only receive a minimum wage, base pay, with only an increase through scanning at least 500 pieces of merchandise. This means you have to be a very speedy, healthy, and alert to receive additional funds in your paycheck. The increase usually range from $1.00, per 500, $2.00 per 700 pieces as an example of the pay verses the labor. Compensation is too low for such work.

Great First Job

Pros

The best reasons to work here are the flexibility of the schedule. This is good for college students, stay at home moms, retired people, and someone looking for a first time job. The starting pay is 10.25per hour, and you often work at least 12 hours a week with as much as 30 hours per week during the holiday season. Very easy money to make, just be sociable, courteous, and kind to customers. An entry level way to learn basic sales skills. Get to try new foods, and get new recipes as well from time to time.

Cons

Hours aren't sufficient enough to support a family, or dependable for bills, and responsibilities. Management changes every other year, and there is general high turnover with this company in this department. It's also pretty much dead end there is no room to advance or move to another department, and no matter how much is sold you don't receive any raises or bonuses. As to why this is my last month working here.
