      Pros

      I got a CDL. That's it.

      Cons

      They can't keep the truck running enough to even make money. I haven't seen my family in weeks. I can't afford to eat. I can't afford to shower. All I can do is sit in a parked truck and keep losing money. There's no pay and I actually owe the company money as a company driver. I can barely contain my rage.

      CRST provides ample opportunity for growth up the corporate ladder. CRST provides the necessary tools and learning opportunities for you to succeed.

      Cons

      The facilities are aged and could use updating, with modern technology and furniture. Pay scale is under what is expected of employees.
