Pros
They pay for your license and they give you a chance to start your career. They also are safety oriented.
Cons
They don't care if your truck has problems unless there's a dot violation or unless there's an emergency with the vehicle. It doesn't matter if check engine light keeps coming on or if the wheel pulls to the right or if the engine shuts off when it hits a bump. Getting a hold of them at night and on the weekends is the worst. Talking to a wall is more useful then trying to call them for help. The pay grade is not great, even with their largest pay increase in the history of CRST. What a joke. If you're unable to sleep because you have a crappy mattress oh well. If you want a decent night's sleep you'll have to go buy your own mattress. Bottom line is that CRST doesn't care about you. CRST only cares about how much money they can make off you.
