      CRST is not the best company to work for but also not the worst

      They help you get your CDL

      Cons

      They make you sign a "no compete clause" contract, they give the military veterans more pay per mile, even if that said military veteran drives 10% of the time, if you leave CRST before your contract is up, prepare to be harassed by debt collectors

      Really liked this job at first great people hours were ok

      Cons

      The management plays favorites will let people steal your applications and worst some act very unprofessional. For someone new coming in watch out it’s not a good environment fighting for leads and applications is not my dream job. They also don’t tell you everything in the interview because they know no one would take the job if they did

      Pros

      They offer CDL training and hire you

      Cons

      Low pay 25 cents a mile and deduct training fee out of your pay each week for 10 months at 40 dollars a week. Don't get home time when scheduled. Rude dispatch.
