Some staff may be difficult to work with within the particular program you are placed (ie, lazy, uneducated, or just don't care about the consumers and just want a pay check)

Pay is below average. Like with most companies, what the headquarter thinks looks good on paper with regards to program goals, processes, etc... is not really transferrable or practical to the real work that is expected and done in the programs. Staffing / screening process for new hires has gotten better but still needs to improve. The lack of space for the staff at each program/facility. Without adequate offices, the challenges of cultivating an environment that promotes professionalism among the staff, is greatly compromised.
