      Pros

      CSAA offers comparable benefits. Employees really do care about the succes of the enterprise.

      Cons

      Pick a strategy and stay with it. With so many restructing and redesigning of executives and managment teams, makes for an unsettling work enviroment. Eliminate unnecessary and costly projects and councils. We all know you have dumped an excessive amount of money into a computer program that is not stable or compatible with extisting systems. It is an embarrasement when face to face we must make apologies for transactions we cannot complete in a timely and seamless manner, this is unacceptable in our employees it should be unacceptale for our computer programs as well.

      Pros

      very friendly staff and good office management. Job stability if you are a hard worker and room to move up.

      Cons

      New systems being rolled out to quickly that dont work properly all the time. Saturday hours are a drag and you dont get a full day off the following week.

      Pros

      Good caring people, many who are quite long tenured. Job security, although with today's economy that looks less and less likely. A pretty good brand name and 100 years in the business.

      Cons

      Stone Age circa 1990 computer systems. Newer programs that simply don't work. No accountability from senior leadership team, hopefully heads will start to roll. Outsourcing work to other states. Was amazed when I started work with the company how bureaucratic and old fashioned CSAA was compared to other AAA's back east.
