Pros

Great benefits, okay salary, good personalities in interview process,

Cons

The people always seem nice at first but will back stab the hell out of you if you stay long enough. The training is horrible, does not prepare you for the real work. On top of the training being long as hell, which is a waste. A very high turnover. If you plan on working there you better have some thick skin and be able to multi-task and take being yelled and cursed at over the phone. Everyone there cries....On top of that you have no life but they claim they are working on scheduling but that's only if employees are willing to stay and judging by my experience there are not many stay. THEY ARE CRAZY!

Pros

If you don't expect much you can hide yourself here for quite a long time, live your employment life undisturbed May be a good starting job. May be a great place for you to work if you are a corporate psychopath.

Cons

Horrible Management - if you can call it like that. 0 responsibility to client, cheating on SLA stats, low quality of customer service. No Quality Management, nobody takes care. The office location.
