Pay and benefits are decent, Work from home flexibility.

Cons

Culture is terrible and non existent. CSC lacks clear direction and is very shortsighted as led by management. Turnover is insane as people realize the mess they have joined. Unrealistic deadlines and zero care for work life balance (despite work from home). CSC always must be your number one priority in life. As other reviews have mentioned, ignore the clearly fake five star HR reviews.
