Pros

Work alongside an experienced, knowledgeable team, which makes day-to-day collaboration smooth and productive. This team strength allows me to focus on strategic work — driving enhancements and improvements rather than getting bogged down in the weeds. Cross-functional partnerships across departments make collaboration genuinely meaningful, not just transactional. The company also embraces AI at the forefront of how work gets done, which frees up time for more purposeful, high-value work.

Cons

As with any organization, there are always opportunities to streamline processes further and continue improving alignment across teams. Periods of transition (new tools/systems) can create a short-term learning curve, though the long-term payoff is worth it.

Mature QA and automation culture. Test automation is encouraged and supported. Engineers are generally collaborative and willing to help unblock work. Exposure to modern tooling such as AI-assisted automation, structured test models, and cloud infrastructure. Opportunity to work on complex systems like OMS integrations and large data workflows. Work is predictable. Deadlines are usually realistic.

Cons

Transparency around decisions and direction could be improved. Sometimes information flows unevenly across teams
