Difficult to share feedback. Forever reorganizing. Can be let go at the drop of a hat without any prior feedback.

Pros

Lots of autonomy, ability to grow and innovate, totally the opposite of a stale and political company. If you are someone who likes to take responsibility for your work and to be recognized and rewarded for your impact regardless of level, this is the place for you.

Cons

There is a big focus on remote work which is a positive but also makes it hard to form connections with team members. This is still a young and rapidly growing company so there are some kinks to work out.
