Casual dress code, healthy snacks , free gym membership.

Cons

Members get to scream at you, and you have to take it. You have to get a hall pass to use the bathroom or get coffee. Have to use Directbuy atleast 6 times in a phone conversation. You will be fired while on medical leave. Management doesn't care about their team. They want you to work to live not live to work.

Fast growing start up, lots of growing pains but huge chance to grow/challenge yourself

Flexible work, can work remote if need be, create your own workflow, ability to make an impact early on, large levels of autonomy, learn LOTS by working cross functionally

Cons

As with any start up there are growing pains, strategies change, projects get killed, this is not the place for you if you want a 9-5 with certainty of day to day workflow

I understand the philosophy of working at a lean startup organization requires individuals to step up, but what about the most rudimentary tools... LIKE A WORKING LAPTOP? - Highly unethical employment practices that take advantage of future employees
