      - A really helpful and collaborative team - Work from home - A Manager who cares about me and my career progression - Alot of independent work and self-teaching time to get tasks completed which I find fun - competitive salary and benefits

      Cons

      - Small team and therefore have to work some longer days to get everything done at busy times - Sometimes required to find solutions with little or no budget

      - A culture that cares about individuals and team collaboration. - Colleagues are knowledgeable and approachable. - Management is technical and hands-on. - HR is responsive and helpful. - AI usage encouraged, various tools provided. - Ability to work remote. - Competitive compensation. - CSC owns many brands, so there is opportunity to work on different products and to support many teams.

      Cons

      - Infrequent in-person collaboration. Juniors may struggle with onboarding. - Aggressive deadlines.

      Very Fast paced environment

      Pros

      You can learn a lot. They will throw you at the deep end on day one, and you will have to figure out a way to survive until you become comfortable with uncertainty. Everyone is super energetic. If you like to learn things and create impact at a scale then I encourage you to work at CSC Generation. They are also incorporating AI wherever possible.

      Cons

      Considering the nature of the business (e-commerce), it is not a great place for work-life balance in most of the teams. The pay is okay, however, I would encourage them to pay more for certain roles. They must also improve their bonus structure.
