      Cons

      The senior leadership team is very reactionary and untrustworthy. Turnover seems to be high compared to other places I’ve worked and many employees seem to be very unhappy. The benefits package is also bad compared to other employers.

      Fear of Job Loss Was Awful

      Pros

      Some of the customers were interesting. It was interesting to have a few conversations with them when time allowed me.

      Cons

      I lived with the fear of job loss here. I was so stressed that I couldn't think of anything else. My fear became more terrible when I saw one of the people I knew getting fired in front of my eyes. It was exhausting to live with this pressire and constantly live knowing that I might not have a job the next day. I think the management is to blame for this, and they need to change their attitude.

      Easily stressed and overworked

      Only my colleagues were my supporters and I also support them.

      Cons

      Most times are terribly busy and I get easily stressed and overworked. All I needed was support from management and appreciation but they gave us nothing. Even if we worked hard, and endured the long hours that were brutal and awful, we still get nothing!
