Pros
For 'cheaper' employees who enjoy being dropped in at the deep end, there's plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.
Cons
Huge amount of turmoil over the last five years, consultant lead with strong financial impact, but with little to no thought as to how to mitigate its impact on customer service and employee morale. Few people left to teach and mentor. Repetitive redundancy programmes with no knowledge transfer, leading to difficulties in basic operation. Indian management immature, politically driven, refusing to admit to obvious issues that need to be fixed.
