      Pros

      The colleagues. When they weren't constantly being made redundant or leaving due to poor management. I'm struggling to think of any but have to put 20 words minimum...

      Cons

      Redundancy after redundancy after redundancy. And they can't even get that right. Business decisions made purely to satisfy shareholders without a thought given to contractual obligations or customer service and leaving staff to manage the consequences without any support. Overcrowding in offices so you have to share your small desk with 3 others. Little to no communication around business changes. Penalising staff members with mental illness. Dishonesty around redundancy process. I'm struggling to think of positive.

      Pros

      For 'cheaper' employees who enjoy being dropped in at the deep end, there's plenty of opportunity to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Huge amount of turmoil over the last five years, consultant lead with strong financial impact, but with little to no thought as to how to mitigate its impact on customer service and employee morale. Few people left to teach and mentor. Repetitive redundancy programmes with no knowledge transfer, leading to difficulties in basic operation. Indian management immature, politically driven, refusing to admit to obvious issues that need to be fixed.
