Dress down Friday. Company contributes to your HSA.

Cons

No bonuses or pay raises. No communication from management or above. Forced to take 5 days of vacation due to company shutdown during Christmas, meanwhile I only get 2 weeks of vacation per year

Compensation is fair. Office accommodations are adequate. Employees that are actually serving the clients are dedicated and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with

Cons

Management at the vice president level is blind to the clients needs and will do anything to advance their career. Constant reduction in work force has morale at its lowest.
