Pros
I worked at CSC for over 5 years and the first few years were great. They paid out bonuses and they had a lot of work and opportunities for you to learn and grow professionally. In the last couple of years, it has gone from bad to the worst.
Cons
No projects in the pipeline. Management is very bad. If you get assigned to a team with a terrible team lead (like my last and final project) it just get worse and worse. The team lead was only ever looking out for himself and was constantly putting you down to make himself look good. Took all the credit for the work that you did, so he looked like the best and you were left with nothing but questions. One day you are a valued employee with nothing but excellent annual reviews, the next day you are unemployed on the street looking for a new job.
