- Hard working people at low levels of the organisation - Good initial graduate support

Cons

- revolving door of 'leaders' has left little cohesion - management cliques are developing at delivery centres - management absorbed with self importance and disconnected from real areas that need improvement - flexible working is slowly being eroded under the guise of co-location

Let me start out with one thing you should know that life will change, my life at CSC my first 9 out of 12 was filled with positives growth and challenges. Mentors cared about the people where many.

Cons

Over the last 3 years the new leadership wanted to drive change, they wanted to change the business the model. Well in doing so they changed the culture and in doing so the killed the spirit of the people of what really made CSC a place to work.
