Work Life Balance is like no other company I've ever worked. Managers hear you. Ideas are heard.

Cons

Executive Leadership heavy. Always starting new initiatives without fully developing them out. Always on to the next big Leader thought that pulls everyone from their work to chase and build, then it vanishes and no one looks or uses it. WAY too many meetings for nothing.

Great business if managed properly. Not a bad job for a service technician if you want to follow directions from a computer all day.

Cons

CEO, CFO, COO all left in 2022/2023 (Mark Hjelle is gone) Upper management does not understand the basic business simplicity. Very top and middle manager heavy - friend hire friends Does not meet the promises made to customers and contracts signed. Company appears to be in financial trouble, has been for sale for years.

There are some people who are an absolute joy to work with, decent benefits, and amazing Sales department!

Cons

Where to start??? I thought once new management had been brought in that things would be better, but the HR department is completely corrupt with managers who could care less about their employees or their families. An HR department is supposed to be caring to their employees and help facilitate any stressful situations, but this HR department is the complete opposite. Even when you report a hostile work environment to a senior leader, there is absolutely nothing that is done.... minus you’ll lose your job.
