Pros

The culture is top-drawer. The pay was more than fair. There was absolutely no micromanagement. AMAZING people. Amazing journey and a fun story to share with prospects They supplied me with a work phone, monitors and a laptop! Plenty of marketing materials & resources were available (and company swag!) from an internal store when things were good! An expense account Hard work was recognized Brainstorming and benchmarking was encouraged to get around COVID hurdles The messages coming from the top were amazing. This company really cares and those who think otherwise are in an old mindset that predates to 2016.

Cons

1). I’m no longer there to see the fruits of my labor and all my efforts materialize! 2). Pay plan had to change, but understandably so. Instead of paid at signature, it was 25% up-front and the remaining 75% after install - which was totally reasonable given the Covid Situation. ......only drawback was that it began to take months to install, mostly due to a slowdown in appliance production (washers and dryers)! There aren’t really many cons, honestly. Only one I could think of was the downgraded car package at the beginning of the new FY, but with the impacts of Covid-19, it was an understandable and probably a wise business decision, given that we’d be driving less anyway. But hopefully it rebounds in the future for the folks that are able to be retained! There has been monumental change in such a short period of time for CSC, but it’s all been for the better. The biggest con was that a lot of really great people and talent had to go recently - at least temporarily so CSC could focus on serving their current and valued customers better - again, understandable. My time unfortunately had to be cut short - as with many other BDM’s - but it too was understandable and handled with the utmost professionalism all around. As I see it, the sales faucet had to be shut off temporarily so the sink wouldn’t overflow to protect the foundation below from becoming compromised and moldy. I loved my experience and the people. I only wish I had the opportunity to truly become what I told them I would be (and know I could be) for them during the interview (before Covid).

Pros

Good benefits, the healthcare/dental/vision were both good coverage and the premiums were very reasonable. Take home work vehicle and cell phone. Good people work there, but you only get to see them for 20 minutes once a month.

Cons

They require you to provide you own tools which can be very expensive right off the bat. Management is pressured to overextend their employees so you pay for it when the boss is screaming over the phone that he needs you to clear your calls (which is obviously impossible given your work day hours) and then he screams at you for going overtime to accomplish the demands. Very little training, I was only given a few days shadowing and then sent out on my own.

Pros

The Work vehicle and that is honestly it. It was great when it was just air serv but after the buyout everything went bad

Cons

Management is embarrassingly bad. Pay is terrible. They just keep buying companies in an attempt to go public as a service company.
