people culture is good and they are not too stingy with the money part.

Cons

On the surface everyone looks good but you can easily fall prey to their work culture. We had on average 10-12 hours work day. Sometimes it went up to 2 am. Also the org structure, managers, projects change in such a pace that its difficult to keep up to. Burnout was real!!
