Flexible working hours. Product Based. Supportive managers. 7-8 members team. Feeling of belongingness. Very less variable component in CTC. Sodexo meal coupons, Wi-fi reimbursements, insurance. Permanent Work from Home if you want.

Cons

Some days work can stretch up to 12hrs a day. Yearly performance reviews and salary hikes. Not some exceptional learning rate.
