Permanent WFH, yes...permanent. But WFH is a bit sad too... as CSG has a world-class office infrastructure in Bangalore. Extraordinary work-life balance ! Management is really wonderful. They hear you, they appreciate you and they also correct you if you are off the path. I highly recommend to work for CSG !!

Cons

Some projects have very strict timelines. Work life balance is extremely poor in such projects... I mean extremely poor. (60+ hrs per week too sometimes)
