Pros

You can move up the ladder quickly, they have a great point system and really good benefits, the supervisors and management treat you like humans instead of slaves, great pay, and most of all very friendly!

Cons

You have to wait after your first 90 days of employment to get benefits, all your points, full pay, and also your vacation and sick days!

Poor management, OT is never decided until last minute, very dirty place due to nature of work, extremely hot summers.
