- The company has a supportive culture where the management truly values initiative and personal accountability. - As long as you deliver quality work and fulfill your responsibilities, there will be flexibility in your schedule. - There is no micromanagement!!!, this will give you the peace you deserve and quality of life

Felt discriminated against. They have zero patience and quick to cut you off if you don't fit the clique. They are not good people.
