Pros

Good culture, strong NOC, team minded individuals, a place you stay with for years. Very strong knowledge base from fellow Engineers. MSP with a very good company structure, organization, and way of doing business. Highly recomend CSPi!

Cons

Nothing really. Biggest con for me was having to move and leave CSPi due to personal health reasons.
